Managers & Executive Teams
Managers and executive teams of large groups or SMEs :
I contribute to your development. I support you individually and / or collectively, in French or English, face-to-face or remotely.
I work with coaching contracts (tripartite with the company) based on your professional objectives, whether they are for change or evolution.
By using the strengths of Lean, Mental and Sport in an always ethical approach, you will develop your agility for your challenges.
You have a specific professional problem; I am at your side to go through the different steps and reach your goal. Coaching takes place over a period of 6 to 8 months (one session approximately every 2 to 3 weeks)
The objectives worked:

- Listen and assert yourself with respect
- Knowing how to delegate
- Develop your confidence and self-esteem
- Manage a career transition
- Take a new position
- Lead or manage in an intercultural context
Group interventions are carried out in the form of team-building or intra-company training-action to address the challenges of collective work. They take place mainly over 2 days then 1 day, with an interval of a few weeks between.

- Help team cohesion and leadership
- Develop a business project
- Manage effective meetings
- Better communicate and cooperate as a group
- Collaborate in multicultural teams
- Analyze professional practices
- Improve the efficiency of the team
I adhere to the values of the Ecole Supérieure de Coaching. I am regularly supervised by the coach Annick Radigon. I am also a member of the Méthode Target® experts coach team.
Nota Bene: in some contexts, specific mobility and body agility sessions with the ODOZEN studio can be introduced.
